A Chinese contractor working on the upgrading of Kisii-Migori highway on Wednesday escaped death by a whisker after he was caught having sex with someone's wife.
This happened at Suneka area, Kisii County and according to the husband of the woman Mr Edwin Kamose has been suspecting that his wife was having an affair outside wedlock.
"I was shocked when I was informed by a friend that my wife has severally been seen entering a certain lodging and I decided to follow it up, I was equally shocked," he said.
However the Chinese Contractor identified as Hanyu Pinyin was rescued by policemen who were on their routine patrols.
He was later taken to the Gesonso Police station.
Hanyu Pinyin however narrated that the lady had told him she is single only the narrative to change when they were caught.
“I have never had sex with someone’s wife and the lady had told me that she is single and ready to mingle," said Hanyu.
