Billionaire Thomas Cholmondeley's wife has come out to reveal who her husband really was.
In a statement sent to the media, his wife Sally Dudmesh described her husband's great passion for Kenya contrary to what many described him.
“Although to some people Tom’s life will be associated with scandals, those who were privileged enough to know him well, will know that he was a man with a great passion for this country,” Dudmesh was quoted on Nairobi news.
Expressing her grief in losing her husband, Dudmesh further described Cholmondeley as an impressive and generous man.
“Tom has an appetite for life, I have not met such a man before. He could rarely complain even in difficult times,” she added.
She called on Kenyans to remember her husband's positive projects initiated in the country rather than the negatives.
“I know for sure that Tom would wish to be remembered for the many projects he undertook with great energy,” she added.
The billionaire passed on at MP Shah Hospital few hours after undergoing a hip surgery.
