NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga maintains that August race will be a tow horse race despite interest from other contestants.
The presidential seat has attracted eight candidate among them Joe Nyagah, Michael Wainaina and former Lugari MP Cyrus Jirongo.
But speaking in Kericho on Thursday, Odinga said the contest will be between him and President Uhuru Kenyatta.
“It is a two horse race. You either vote for Kenyatta or me. I have worked hard to put Jubilee government accountable to your resources and I am confident I shall carry the day.
“I have come to Kericho several times and I know this time you will vote for change. All we need is a government that puts interest of people first than looting,” he added.
Earlier, Odinga had encountered a hostile crowd upon his arrival but things were different in Moi gardens where he addressed a mammoth rally.
In 2013, President Kenyatta narrowly beat the opposition leader who contested the results in Supreme Court.
