The wreckage of the helicopter that crashed into Lake Nakuru has been recovered and towed to the land.
Kenya Police chopper pulled out the chopper within 10 minutes on Sunday, ending the month-long search.Five people died in the crash but two bodies are yet to be recovered.
1The rescue team said the two passengers are not trapped inside the wreckage.Last Friday, the Sonko rescue team retrieved the body of Veronica Muthoni, which was taken to Umash funeral home.
Jonathan Keratich of the National Disaster Operations desk said on Friday the chopper is 70 per cent intact.He said the first two bodies were found on to the east and north of the lake and there is a likelihood that the other bodies are trapped in the remains.The chopper's pilot Apollo Malowa was buried on November 2.
