Led by Timothy Nyamagwa they said that the ruling is against the bible and there was a need for the church to be involved in making key decisions that may affect the well-being of the society.

Speaking during a one week crusade at Nyanchawa, the church elder said they will rally will other key church stakeholders to ensure that the ruling is pushed out so that there can be sanity in the society.

“We are not happy for this undermines the well-being of the society and am wondering why the high court would like incest to infest our society,” he added.

This comes barely days after High Court Judge James Makau legalised marriage between cousins.
