Addressing congregants at PCEA Church Kieni and Gathongu in Kabazi, Subukia on Sunday, Nakuru county speaker Susan Kihika said the clergy are critical in peace building.

"When it comes to matters of peace,we always go for our spiritual fathers who should ensure they don't involve in leadership wrangles,"said Kihika.

She also urged the church leaders to continue praying for the nation ahead of the general elections.

According to her, a nation will witness peace if the political leaders will work closely with religious leaders.

Kihika's sentiments as leadership wrangles broke out at AIPCA church in Free Area Nakuru after two groups clashed.

The Sunday drama saw service interfered with and several congregants injured.
