Addressing the youth at Ikinu trading centre, Githunguri constituency during the handing over of a rabbit project to the youth, the provost of Life Ministries Church, Jenifer Mwai said that the youth should unite and work together to realise their dreams.

“Youth should join hands together and develop entrepreneurial spirit and skills to realize their dreams,” said Mwai.

The project, funded by the Live Ministries will offer jobless youth in the area a chance to empower themselves economically, with Mwai as the patron.

She further revealed that the church is in the process of starting a tertiary institution to solve the problems facing the youth, and urged the government to have education system reformed to equip the learners with skills that would make them self-reliant immediately they leave school.

“There is need for the government to re-align the education system to be in line with current labour market,” added Mwai.
