[Photo/Ali Hassan Joho]The public participation exercise for the Mombasa County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) 2018-2022 commenced on Monday in Jomvu and Changamwe Sub Counties. The CIDP will provide a road map on the formulation of strategic objectives and specific goals for the County Government of Mombasa.The three day exercise is being led by the County Executive Commitee, Chief Officers and other officials from different departments in collecting views that will aid in the preparation of the CIDP."I would like to thank the people of Jomvu and Changamwe for turning up in large numbers and for their active participation in the exercise," said Governor Ali Joho.On Tuesday, the public participation exercise would be held in Likoni and Mvita Sub Counties. "We are looking forward for your robust participation and constructive engagement during the exercise."
