This is after Ms Ombara found the door to her office locked on Tuesday morning, one day after resuming duty.

Lawyer Francis Olel who accompanied Ombara to the office was shocked to find the office door locked.

“This is unacceptable and we will move again to court to file for contempt of court,” said Olel.

Mr Ole noted that the Governor Jack Ranguma and County Secretary Humphrey Nakitare were adequately served by court orders reinstating Ombara until her case is heard and determined.

“They were all served in time and it beats logic why they are failing to adhere to what the court order has stated,” he added.

He accused the county government of blatantly failing to respect the court order and instead advised the county government to seek for stay orders in court instead of going against it.

Speaking at the City Hall after failing to get ccess into her office, Ombara said she will pursue the matter in the corridors of justice to its logical conclusion.

She said she will not employ any tactic to get back to her office but will follow the due process of the law.

“I will not break the door, I will not create any drama to have access to my office. What I will do is to ensure that the law takes its course,” she said.

On Monday, Ombara waited for the County Secretary in his office for close to eight hours without seeing him following a directive that she reports to his office for further direction.
