Chief Justice David Maraga has voted at Bosose polling station in Nyamira County.
He was accompanied by his wife Eucabeth Maraga to the polling station on Thursday.
The CJ was among four Supreme Court Judges who voted for the nullification of August 8 presidential results.
On Wednesday, the Court failed to hear a petition that sought to stop today's poll.
Five Supreme Court judges were unavailable for the hearing, hence no quorum. Only Maraga and Justice Isaac Lenaola were present.
The petition was filed by three voters, who argued that the IEBC was not ready to conduct a free and fair election.
