Chief Justice David Maraga has warned that the Judiciary will not tolerate Judges involved in graft.Speaking during his tour in Mombasa county on Wednesday, Maraga asked members of the public with evidence against Judges and other judiciary officers suspected of being involved in corrupt dealings to share the information with the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) for appropriate action to be taken.The CJ also pointed out that he has a responsibility of protecting JSC's reputation. He however admitted that Judges are subject to integrity issues while in line of duty."Sometimes we have issues of integrity but don't paint all of us as corrupt. We are doing our very best and we want your support," Maraga said.The Judiciary boss further said legal actions would be taken against officers found culpable of committing offenses while in office.Maraga who was in a three-day tour of the Coast region where he met different stakeholders in various sectors commended the county government of Mombasa for providing land where courts for the region will be constructed.
