[Photo: Elvanis Ronoh].Uasin Gishu gospel ministers chairman bishop Wilson Kurui has applauded the move by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) of banning night travel for Public Service Vehicles (PSVs).He said the move was in order since it will reduce the number of accidents being witnesses on roads at night. "We want to thank NTSA for this move but it's too late, why now yet many people have died in the past one month. Did they want many people to lose their lives before acting," said the bishop in Eldoret town, Monday."This ban could have been effected at the beginning of December, I think NTSA are sleeping on their job and that all officials must be shown the door to end this accident menace," he added. This comes after NTSA on Sunday baned night travel for PSV  vehicles where all traveling will be between 6 am to 7 pm and anyone who will do contrary will face the full force of the law.
