[Photo|ODM]A section of Members of Parliament in the NASA coalition have called on international actors including the International Criminal Court (ICC) to step in and help "rescue innocent Kenyans from this rogue state."Led by Budalangi MP Raphael Wanjala, they said the Jubilee leadership out of panic are unleashing violence on NASA communities with the intension of provoking them to take up arms in self-defense, for them to use it to justify mass killings and frame NASA leaders for the violence and spirit them to ICC or prison.They accused President Uhuru Kenyatta and his government of unleashing Mungiki and police to kill and brutalise NASA followers, saying they will not stop them from protesting and demonstrating against the "current electoral injustices they are subjecting the country to.""We refuse to submit to dictatorship and tribal subjugation. No amount of violence will cow us," the leaders said in a statement, as they addressed the press on Saturday."We take this opportunity to condemn in the strongest terms the ongoing brutalization and killings of innocent members of the Luhyia community both in Western and here in Nairobi by the Police and armed tribal militia," they added.
