However, this is not true as weight training is the best way for strengthening muscles, and has nothing to do with gender. Both women and male need strong muscles for their daily activities. Weight lifting turns fat into muscle.Fat people have always believed that exercises will turn their fat bodies into muscles. Scientifically, this is not true as fat and muscles are two different tissues. Weight lifting will only make your muscles strong and stiff, hence keeping your fats in good shape.
