OCD makes one obsessive over some habits and lifestyles especially when it comes to cleanliness and organization. Here are some of the signs that you could have OCD.
Over-cleaning. When one has this condition, they will want everything clean and do it extremely. They will spend hours cleaning everything in their house, even things that do not need daily cleaning. They will wash everything once used and another obvious sign is hand washing, they wash their hands almost all the time, if not; a sanitizer will be close to them.
This people have a checking in behavior to all that is related to them. Weather it’s their children who are asleep or whether it’s the tap that they do not want to find running. They always check up with everything from time to time to make sure they are the way they are supposed to be.
Following rules the latter, they will not involve themselves with things that against the norms set by society which in turn always leads them to being organized people in everything that they do, from their jobs to their homes.
