Cherengany MP Joshua Kutuny has asked NASA leader Raila Odinga to concede defeat and allow the country to move on.Kuttuny said Raila is living in denial, adding that his political career ended the moment he withdrew from the October 26 repeat presidential election.Speaking to journalists at Parliament buildings in Nairobi on Wednesday, the Cherengany lawmaker asked Raila and other NASA leaders to let Kenyans move on with their lives. He said the election period has drained the country economically, adding that more political anxiety will sink the country into uncertainty.“Raila Odinga and his troops should stop living in denial and accept the fact that they have lost presidential elections twice in a year,” said Kutuny.Kutuny hit out at Raila’s advisers, accusing them of misleading the opposition leader. The MP claimed that the former Prime Minister (PM) was misled to withdraw from the repeat presidential poll and is now regretting it.He, at the same time, hit out at opposition leaders over their claim that only 3.5 million voters turned out to vote in the October 26 repeat election.Kutuny said that a large percentage of Kenyans voted, adding that Uhuru’s re-election is genuine contrary to what the opposition is saying. The MP said Uhuru’s government will be inclusive and will fight for the interests of all Kenyans whether they voted for him or not.Uhuru was declared the president-elect by IEBC on Monday after garnering over 7 million votes in the October 26 repeat presidential election.
