A man was arraigned in Kisii law courts for crimes of conning several residents more than one million shillings for alleging that he could provide them with American visa.

Mr Caleb Ondieki is said to have conned the residents over one million shillings for alleging that he will help the to acquire the US visa, the residents were more than 14.

The residents were asked by Ondeiki who is also the regional executive of Kenya Scouts Association to pay Sh100,000 each for them to get a visa to the land of opportunity.

Ondieki denied the allegation and was remanded for failing to raise Sh100, 000 for the bond. The case will be mentioned again on July 6 2016.
