Speaking during the Burial ceremony of elder David Onkwae at Giachere, politician James Kenani urged the area Mp to construct roads as former legislator used to do.

“We would like to challenge our area MP to construct more roads which are in a pathetic state so that we can be able to see development in our constituency,” Kenani said.

Kenani who is eyeing for the seat said that former Member of parliament like Simeon Nyachae who was present in the funeral used to give roads the first priority since it helps residents who are business people to transport their commodities.

“Roads are essential to this area since most of the people are business people so we urge our area Mp to give roads the priority by constructing them," he added.

Talking about the same, area Member of parliament has said that they are going to construct more roads in the area more so when the NYS empowerment project has been launched in his constituency.

"We are going to have more roads constructed more so when we have youths under the NYS empowerment programme,” he said.
