Moiben MP Silas Tiren says tenders have been advertised for the construction of Moiben Science Teachers College.

"The science teachers training college will be the third science college in the country that will be built on seventy five acres in Moiben constituency," he said.

Speaking to journalists in Eldoret town on Monday, Tiren said it will be a state of art science training teachers college in the region. 

"In this financial year the national government has allocated Sh124  million and a further Sh76 million in the next financial year," he said. 

He said the project will cost Sh200 million.

"We are expecting to have students from not only in Kenya but all over the world once its construction is completed," he said.
