There are different types of kisses that include; forehead kiss, single lip, French kiss, seductive kissing and so on.

However, kissing can cause several contagious diseases when an infected partner engages with a passive one.

These are some of the diseases women can contract when engaging passionate kissing with an infected partner. 

Mononucleosis:

Is a serious disease that is transmitted through kissing by exchange of saliva. When women engage in a passionate kiss with an infected person, the bacteria causing the disease will be exchanged.

The period between the incubation and the emergence of symptoms 1 to 2 Months.  The symptoms of the disease include fever, sore throat, fatigue, muscle weakness and swollen lymph glands.

Even though there is no recognisable treatment for the disease, bed resting, staying hydrated and taking some biotics can help to minimise its severity. 

Cytomegalovirus:

Is a virus in the herpes family. The disease can be passed through saliva and also sometimes via blood and urine.

 Discernable signs of the deadly disease which appears after about 1.5 months include fatigue, fever, muscle aches and, in more serious cases, pneumonia.

There is no curable medicine for the disease but some biotics can be used for relieving.

Gum Disease:

Studies have shown that show that cavities and gum disease are contagious—and can be transmitted through swapping spit.

Saliva and the mouth are potentially full of viruses and bacteria, including some that cause cavities and gum disease. 

Kissing a partner who is already infected with this contagious diseases -gum disease or cavity-causing bacteria can cause a person who previously had a low concentration of these bacteria to contract problems, due to the extra dose of bacteria from kissing.
