[Photo: Ali Hassan Joho]Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho has dismissed Jubilee campaign tours to the coastal region, saying they will not be voted for.He said the entire coastal region is behind the National Super Alliance (Nasa), which his ODM party, is a member.According to Joho, Jubilee, led by President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto, were free to campaign in the coastal counties but should know, they will reap nothing. He likened their tours to foreign tourists, who only visit the coast for a while, and later leave."Jubilee are like tourists. They like Italian and German tourists who like visiting the coast. Jubilee should know they will get no votes here because Nasa has taken root," said Joho.He was speaking in Kwale, during Nasa's first day campaign tour of the larger coastal region, Saturday. He called on Kwale residents to vote for Nasa, despite area governor Salim Mvurya leaving ODM for Jubilee.Mvurya's defection gave Jubilee hopes of getting more votes in the county, which is perceived to be a Nasa support base.
