Renown blogger, Cyprian Nyakundi has been arrested.

The blogger was arrested at the Galleria Shopping Mall on Friday evening due to unknown reasons.

The recent case that saw Nyakundi get sued on Thursday was against the Safaricom mobile company where he stated that the company was robbing Kenyans of their hard earned money using third parties.

Nyakundi confirmed his arrested on social media via Twitter. The tweet read, ‘‘Arrested at Galleria.’’

Reports state that the blogger had been trailed by six CID officers who had been tracking him.

The officer confiscated the bloggers electronic gadgets.

It is still not clear what exactly happened before and after the arrest of the blogger.
