According to Omtatah, former Vice Chair Consolata Nkatha, Margaret Mwachanya and Paul Kurgat are still being paid salaries and benefits from IEBC.

He argues that they have made it impossible for authorities to announce the vacancies hence blocking the recruitment process.

Omtatah adds that the three have not formally written to the President or their IEBC their resignation.

Nkatha, Mwachanya and Kurgat quit on April 16, citing lack of trust in Chairman Wafula Chebukati.

The fallout arose over the suspension of CEO Ezra Chiloba.
