Seven police officers have been charged with robbery with violence at a Limuru court.

They were on Tuesday accused of robbing a Chinese national in the excess of Sh2 million.

Eunice Wanjiku Mburu, Isaiah Kimani Koboi, Ezra Kipngeno Bett, Janet Cheptoo, Maurice Odhiambo, Kennedy Kobia Gilbert and Simon Mwaniki Festus denied the charge before the senior resident magistrate Karen Njalale. 

They were accused of robbing Wuwei Dun off his Sh2.7 million, a Sh50,000 iPhone, his Chinese passport and his car keys.
