Odinga has termed the claims malicious as the coalition is a democratic outfit.

"As CORD principals we want the strengthen our parties. When you see Kalonzo or Wetangula campaigning alone it does not mean that we are divided, they are just strengthening their parties for CORD to have more following," said Odinga.

The opposition chief who was speaking at Segero SDA church in Uasin Gishu county on Saturday further stated that the coalition is working towards getting a flagbearer soon.

"We are working on a formula that will give us a suitable candidate that will carry our flag in the coming general election. The person will be able to compete with the incumbent squarely," said Odinga.

He further urged defectors from the coalition to seek re-election.

"It is not that am against one moving to another party, bu those who have defected should resign and see re-election," added Odinga.
