Nakuru TNA chairman, Harrison Muiruri claimed that the opposition is scared of losing to Jubilee in the forthcoming general elections hence the delay in naming their flag bearer.

Addressing journalist in Nakuru town, Tuesday, Muiruri said Cord cannot be entrusted with the responsibility of running the country if they cannot manage party affairs.

“The truth is that CORD is afraid of losing again because they know they will lose and that is why they are delaying naming their flag bearer in the 2017 polls,” said Muiruri.

Muiruri also challenged the opposition to follow Jubilees way and form one party if they are to challenge come 2017.

“Everybody in CORD is speaking his own language because if they were reading from the same script, they would have agreed to fold up their individual parties and form one strong party like Jubilee,” he added.

Cord co-principals Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula are under intense pressure to make a decision on who will be President Uhuru's main challenger come 2017.
