Opposition's allies has been summoned to the Nairobi police headquarters today to write a statement over the alleged claims to overthrow the government.
Former chief of staff in the office of the prime minister,Caroli Omondi, dagoreti north member of parliament. Paul Simba Arati and former Nairobi mayor George Aladwa among other cord allies have been summoned by the Nairobi county police commander Japheth Koome by the fact that the coalition is having a plan to hire goons from Southern Sudan to assist overthrow the government come next year.
The cord coalition though has declined the allegations saying that the student who gave the report to the police had already been charged and therefore their was no need of summoning the other leaders on the same allegations of trying to overthrow the government saying it is a strange thing but they should do as authorized by the arm of the law.
The allegations are coming for the second time after the first ever claims were raised during the past anti-IEBC protests and the information was distributed throughout the country about raila's plan to overthrow the government on the fact that the government has failed to deliver its mandate to the people.
