Confirmed reports have revealed that Cord leaders are in talks with like-minded political players to form a new coalition.

The report by the daily Nation indicated that Cord Co-principals Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka have opened talks with four other political players to form what they termed as the mother of all coalitions.

The four are believed to be Musalia's ANC, Gideon Moi's KANU, Martha Karua's Narc-Kenya and Charity Ngilu's NARC, confirmed Suna East MP Junnet Mohamed.

“I can authoritatively confirm that Odinga, Mudavadi, Moi, and Musyoka are deep in talks to craft a super alliance to deliver Kenya from the yoke of corruption,” said Junnet as quoted by The Daily Nation.

Renown Mudavadi's ally Ayub Savula also confirmed that the former Vice President has been holding talks with Cord leaders. However, Kanu Secretary General Nick Salat could neither deny or confirm the unity talks.

“I can neither deny nor confirm,” he said as quoted.
