Furious Siaya senator James Orengo will sue the government of Kenya for contempt of court following humiliation at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
Along with businessman Jimmy Wanjigi, the two were denied exit from the country with the latter having his passport seized.
"This is impunity of the highest order and someone must pay it in court. We must have the law respected or we lose the country," he wrote in an ODM WhatsApp group.
Earlier in the day, the two had successfully had ban on their passports lifted by High Court, a ove that was however disobeyed by government.
And the senior lawyer, who was to link with Raila Odinga in Zimbabwe, accused Uhuru of violating the constitution and the courts.
"This is blatant violation of the law by Uhuru Kenyatta and someone must take responsibility. We cannot assume that Kenya is a banana republic."
The government had suspended passports for hundreds of NASA politicians for allegedly taking part in administering oath to Raila Odinga last month.
