Kisii County Governor James Ongwae has now said that the County Government will move with speed  to seal all revenue leakages to enhance tax collection.

Threatening to sack corrupt officials, Governor Ongwae said that their was an ongoing audit in the revenue office.

"Their is an on going audit in the revenue office and if any of the officials is found guilty I will sack them," he said.

The Governor said that his term will kick off by him dismissing all corrupt officials in the county.

"I would like to assure my supporters that I will be working with officials of integrity who can help in championing our development agenda," said the Governor who is serving his second term in office. 

Meanwhile, Governor Ongwae has also said that their are plans to upgrade the Kisii level six hospital and other peripheral clinics in the county.

Speaking at level six hospital, the Governor said that he will ensure that locals get improved medical services. 

"Health remains one of my top agendas in the next five years reason we shall kick off with improving facilities within the county," he said.
