Former Nakuru Governor Kinuthia Mbugua tenure as the Nakuru boss has been faulted by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.
In a report, the anti-corruption czar revealed irregularities in how matters finances were handled by Mbugua and his men when he ruled the county between 2013-2017.
A report released on Monday February 19, said a cool Sh131 million collected by the former regime was not properly remitted to the Central Bank in the last financial year.
The money was part of revenue collected from parking fees, businesses licences among other sources of revenue.
Also there were unexplained differences in monthly wage bill.
