Four county assemblies have passed the National Super Alliance (NASA) motion seeking to nullify the repeat presidential elections.
This even as coastal counties of Mombasa, Kwale, Tana River, Taita Taveta and Kilifi wait to debate the motion next week.
The four counties that have given a nod to the formation of People's Assemblies are Siaya, Homa Bay, Busia and Vihiga which debated and passed the motion on Thursday.
As discussed and passed, the National People's Assembly will be convened in two weeks.
This was part of NASA’s multi-faceted strategy to stop President Uhuru Kenyatta from taking power again after he was declared winner of the Presidential election by the IEBC.
In Siaya, the motion quickly got a nod after it was moved by Majority Chief Whip of the assembly Johaness Andiego and seconded by Usonga MCA Sylvester Madialo.
