Youth Governors Kenya (YG-KENYA) has announced that they are still missing applications from four counties to wrap up the youth governors representatives.

“We have a few more counties to go and call it a wrap. If you are a visionary, versatile, youth-oriented and solution focused leader and from these counties; Embu, West Pokot, Kwale and Kericho. Feel free to send your application,” stated the post.

Among the qualifications for appointment include, must be vocal, articulate, people oriented and desire to influence youth policy-making processes in national and county government.

They must also have the ambition to engage in active politics in future.

The deadline for the submission is on 9th May, 2018.

The Youth Governors Organization is an initiative by President Uhuru Kenyatta to identify, nurture and build capacity among the youth moulding and preparing them into becoming transformational leaders of influence in their areas of jurisdiction.
