Nyamira County assembly has selected a seven member committee to investigate why the county executive has become reluctant to give the house information when needed.

This comes after the committee of budget raised complaints in the house that the county executive was reluctant to give them the information they needed when budgeting for the county. 

The adhoc committee will decide what action will be taken on the officers who are behind the dissemination of the information. 

According to the house chief whip Peter maroro, the executive is hiding some information in their departments . 

"The executive is hiding some secrets from us, the assembly, knowing their corrupt matters in hiring their relatives," said Maroro.
