A new, encouraging trend in devolution is emerging in Kenya which experts say if pursued diligently will yield a lot of benefits.Counties in the same region are embarking on harmonised policy trajectories designed to improve the economic prospects of those counties.Baringo, Turkana, Uasin Gishu and Pokot Counties are exploring the possibility of working together to turn around the fortunes of their counties.''We intend to collaborate and work closely together because it is through working together that we can improve our collective lot.
