The county government of Uasin has established a revenue enhancement committee that will be mandated to sensitize revenue collectors on the implemented framework and logistics for an effective public service.David Kebenei was on Wednesday presented as the committee's chairman for the strategy/implementation committee.The committee further worked on the mission of classifying revenue sources into five sections headed by the relevant County Executives which include Lands, Trade, Roads and Finance.Six sub county administrators and representatives of each revenue categories will sit in the committee established where they will be expected to develop reports which would guide on fulfilling their purpose.The revenue collection activity will engage over 350 members of staff across departments.Members chosen shall be exempted from their normal duties for the special assignment given.
