Kisii governor James Ongwae has said his County government has set aside Sh30 million to support youths.
Ongwae said his county government needs to support youths to prosper in their lives and urged them to attend the forum at Gusii stadium on Saturday where Raila Odinga will be the chief guest.
Speaking to journalist on Thursday in his office Ongwae said county government has set aside Sh30 million to support youths in the County since county assembly passed the trade scheme bill to support.
“On Saturday we shall have Youths forum at Gusii stadium and Raila Odinga will be the chief guest and more than 3,000 youths are expected to attend from all wards in the county,” said Ongwae.
“We urge youths from all parts to attend the forum since we need to empower them in development," he added .
