Nairobi County has organised for hearings on the proposed 2017/2018  budget.

The hearing which kicked off on Monday is being held at the Chatter Hall within the Central Business District. This event is open to all Nairobi residents.

By attending the event, residents will seek clarification on different topics as highlighted in the budget proposals.

According to a press statement released by the county, the purpose of the event is to give the members of the public chance to interrogate the various sector proposals for the coming financial year.
