Kisii county government has offered to cater for all mortuary bills and burial expenses for those involved in the accident on Friday night at Etora on Kisii–kilgoris road.
Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital director Enock Ondari who spoke to the press on behalf of Kisii county Governor James Ongwae said that the county government will cater for all expenses.
“It is so sad when we lose our future leaders but the county is going to cater for their burial and mortuary expenses and we send our condolences as the county government,” Ondari said.
The tragedy which happened on Friday night prompted 8 individuals to lose their lives on the spot.
He also advised the drivers to be careful when they are driving on various roads to reduce such accidents.
