Nakuru County Youth Director Josphat Kimemia has been appointed the County Immunisation ambassador to spearhead immunisation campaigns in the region.

Kimemia who has been serving as the youth director, was appointed by the county government, and will champion the cause through social mobilisation and advocacy on immunisation across the county.

Governor Kinuthia Mbugua congratulated Kimemia for the appointment, adding that the county is committed to reducing diseases and deaths through immunisation. 

"This is a very fitting recognition for Kimemia and I’m sure he will lead by example and share his convictions through words and actions," said Mbugua.
