Kuria had been accused of incitement against luos.

Teresa Nyangene, the Nairobi trial magistrate cleared the MP citing that the prosecution failed to prove the case against him, and it was not fully established that the social media account belonged to Kuria.

The magistrate further added that the prosecution failed to satisfactorily show the manner in which the MP updated his status.

This is the second time the MP has been acquitted of incitement charges.
