NASA leaders at past. [Photo|Nasa coalition]High Court Judge, Chacha Mwita, has directed Pokot MP David Pkosing, to serve four NASA principals, with court documents.This follows a case, in which Pkosing sued Nasa principals Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetang'ula and the IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati, demanding that Nasa takes part in the fresh October 26, presidential election.Through lawyer Kibe Mungai, the Jubilee Party lawmaker argued that threats by the four Opposition to block election in some areas, especially in Western Kenya region, acts as a major constitutional crisis which the court should to intervene.Pkosing also wants the court to determine what may happen in case the Opposition makes good of its threat to boycott the election.While delivering his ruling, Wednesday, Justice Mwita Pkosing to immediately serve the four leaders, with the suit papers.Also sued alongside the five include the Attorney General Prof Githu Muigai and Registrar of Political Parties Lucy Ndung'u.
