Outa and Odinga who is opposition's leader Raila Odinga's sister, are being accused of disrupting an Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) training session for election officials before the October 26 repeat presidential poll. According to the accused Advocate Verah Onsongo, the Senator could not be reached by phone while Ruth was not feeling well. However, while issuing the warrants, the judge noted that the duo were granted bail on the grounds that they would be able to attend court sessions.Odinga and Outa were arraigned in court on October 23 where they denied the charges they are facing and each was released on a personal bond of Sh500,000.
