The High Court sitting in Lodwar on Friday stripped off Turkana Woman Representative Joyce Emanikor's parliamentary seat over massive illegalities.
She becomes the eighth MP to be sent packing after Babu Owino of Embakasi East and Ahmed Kolosh of Wajir suffered a similar fate on Friday.
Presiding Judge Daniel Ogembo said results in Forms 35A, IEBC portal and gazetted results did not match.
The case was filed by Pauline Lokuruka of ODM, who vied unsuccessfully against Jubilee's Emanikor.
In the unique ruling, the judge slapped IEBC with Sh4 million which would be shared between Emanikor and Lokuruka.
Hundreds of Jubilee supporters blocked Justice Ogembo from leaving the chambers, forcing him to sneak under tight securing through the backdoor.
Jubilee brigade led by Turkana South MP James Lomenen vowed to appeal the decision.
