This is after on Thursday the court found the cooperative society for failing to pay the ex-workers their redundancy benefits and arrears as previously promised.
Justice Byram Ongaya also directed the cooperative society to settle the dues by June 8.
Ongaya said the society violated the rights of the ex-staff members by refusing to pay them their benefits.
The workers had moved to court to challenge the society after it failed to pay the benefits.
