A Mavoko court on Thursday ordered the deportation of two Ethiopians for being in the country illegally.
They will also be required to pay a Sh50,000 fine.
Kadiro Buri and Tesform Mael Debesu, both Ethiopia citizens, had been charged with being unlawfully present in Kenya.
The court heard that the two were found without valid passports or alien cards on May 18, at around 2030 hours along Nairobi - Mombasa Road in Athi River District, Machakos County.
The two pleaded guilty to the offenses before Principal Magistrate, Teresa Odera.
She ordered that both of them be immediately deported back to Ethiopia upon payment of a Sh50,000 fine each and an interpreter's one day fare from Nairobi to Athi River and back including subsistence allowance.
