 The High Court directed the electoral body IEBC to submit all original forms used in the August 8 general election for the Nakuru Town West MP race in court.

Resident Judge Maureen Odero issued the orders following an application by Andrew Ochoki an ODM candidate, who contested for the MP seat but lost to incumbent Samuel Arama.

Ochoki through his lawyer David Mongeri had applied to have all original forms used by the electoral body be presented in court for scrutiny.

The hearing will start on November 24.
