Kisii law court has ordered Itiero boys high school to allow five students back to school. The five were suspended from the school over allegations of burning the seven school dormitories.
According to Kisii law court Judge S K Onchoro, the students should be allowed back to school for their revision since the national KCSE examinations are around the corner and they have not found guilty and are still suspects.
On Thursday Judge S K Onchoro gave the order after students’ lawyers Gideon Nyambati, and Job Obure said that the school has not permitted the student back to school yet they were found not found guilty.
Among the students who were suspended from the school over allegations of burning the school dormitories on June 25th, 2016 are Christopher Oyaro, Nelson Nyangw’ara , Brian Bosire, Ezra Michira and Erick Amenyi .
They were released on bond of sh.20,000 each and the case will be heard on December 2nd, 2016
