Jubilee nominated MP Jennifer Shamalah can now breathe a sigh of relief after a court dismissed a petition challenging her nomination, ruling that she was validly nominated. The petitioner was former IEBC commissioner Aden Noor Ali who contended that the orders stopping the gazettement of Shamalah had been violated.Judge Martha Mutuku said, in her ruling, that Mr. Noor had spectacularly failed to prove his case.
