The High Court will next week Tuesday rule on whether Nasa will participate in the fresh presidential election slated for October 26 or not.

This is after Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka, failed to present their responses in the case filed by Pokot South MP David Pkosing.IEBC, together with the Attorney General submitted that anyone or a party has a right to boycott the election but has no right to interfere with the right of others.Pkosing moved to court arguing that Nada leaders are upto acquiring power through chaos and crisis which would be caused by failure to hold the fresh presidential election within 60 days as directed by the Supreme Court.According to the MP, should the presidential elections scheduled for October 26 fail to be conducted, Kenya is likely to face a constitutional crisis.

The court was told that the constitution prohibits people from stopping citizens from choosing their leaders.
